"TLDR: great food.. friendly and helpful staff.. downside is their queue system might need to improve and might be overwhelmed during peak hour.. and one toilet nia without having the basin outside.. all started by their great responsive Whatsapp.. which we inquired about can bring pet or not.. and reservation or not things like that.. food was great.. not top notch but it was fast.. taste good.. I only like their kimchi and sausage for the side dishes.. we ordered army stew pot and some bbq pork and spicy chicken.. everything was great.. the veggie is fresh also.. ok here comes the downsides.. limited parking but ok cause you can always park outside and walk over.. queue system definitely needs to be improved or at least have one or 2 dedicated staffs to standby for the queue management.. cause we had the worst barbarian experiences there not because of the staffs but other customers.. firstly it's cny and everyone is hangry as many shops are closed or fully booked.. we were in the queue.. then there was one uncle came after us wearing red shirt and asked us in hokkien how long have we waited.. he knew we're in front of them yet once he saw one of the table left.. he dashed in thinking this is a food court.. and sit at the uncleaned table which was at the same time embarrassing and hilarious.. we communicated with the staffs and the staff helped us to manage the situation and the old white hair uncle pek cek and went to the nyonya with the other 5 family members.. he's still angry and diao his own family "asked you guys come in why still stand outside".. I'm glad his family is not behaving the same way as him.. another one is when I was moving my dog in.. then there's another group of people.. then there was one girl asked exceptionly loudly.. "is this place pet friendly meh??" sounds like if it's not pet friendly then they can take our table?? but luckily once again the staffs manage the situation of those unfriendly customers in the line.. not sure can those people queue in line?? or they can't because hawker spirit is too deep in their blood?? another one is small store yet cozy and feels private because the seats are high enough so small dogs in trolley or basket won't kacau dao others.. but since it's small and BBQ restaurant.. so there are always hangry customer outside.. back to the queue management.. lastly my own issue is the toilet without basin outside which makes customer harder to wash their hands.. cause even staffs also go to the same toulet.. but luckily the staffs are so friendly and helpful because I went to the toilet about 3 or 4 times but there's always people inside.. and since I just want to wash my hands the staffs welcomed me to wash my hands in the kitchen basin.. and that is so helpful"
"good service despite attendants had many customers to attend to, plus, they fulfilled some of my special requests, too. Meats are marinated in tasty solution and the grilled outcome is good. Keep it up."
"Had a great time at Dotori — cozy ambience, tasty Korean dishes and super friendly service. Bonus point: they currently offer 25% off with Grab Dine-Out deal, so definitely worth a visit!"
"Upon entering the restaurant, one is greeted by an aroma reminiscent of a classic Korean BBQ establishment. A wide array of side dishes is available. The army stew was quite delightful. The chive pancake offered a particularly satisfying combination of crispiness and chewiness. Both the Bulgogi and the Korean fried chicken with cheese were also very flavorful. All in all, it is certainly a place worth revisiting."
"I’m Korean, and this bulgogi was absolutely delicious. I ordered the pork version, and everything—from the seasoning to the glass noodles inside—was so similar to what you’d have in Korea. They also took great care with the side dishes, and on top of that, they even gave me a free fried dumpling coupon. The portion was generous enough to split into two meals. I ordered it yesterday, and honestly, I already want to order it again today.."
"awesome . always coming here .service is really super .food is really quality and original Korea taste .love them so much"
"Warmly welcomed by the staff upon arrival. The restaurant offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying meals and fellowship. The side dishes were generous, adding great value to the dining experience. A wonderful place to relax, eat, and connect with friends or family."
